Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking
Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation for all activities (e.g., bike rentals, hikes, rappelling, etc.).
Full Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the activity or vehicle rental.
Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the booking is confirmed.
Group Bookings: For group bookings, special terms and conditions may apply. Please contact us for details.
Cancellation
More than 48 hours before the activity: 20% refund of the total booking amount.
24–48 hours before the activity: 10% refund of the total booking amount.
Less than 24 hours before the activity: No refund will be provided.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to show up for the activity or rental without prior notice, no refund will be provided, and you may still be liable for the full payment.
