Sajid
Sajid, a hospitality and outdoor enthusiast, has a background in tourism and hotel management, worked with top Indian hotel chains like The Taj and The Oberoi. He enjoys making guests feel welcome and taken care of, which has always been important to him.
His passion for nature and outdoor activities led him to start Himachal Hiking in 2016, offering guided hikes, birdwatching walks, rappelling, and motorcycle trips in Shimla.
Sajid has completed professional certifications in mountaineering and skiing from ABVIMAS and naturalist training to better understand local flora, fauna, and ecosystems. These skills help guide technical adventures and share deeper stories about the environment.
Sajid believes that his job is more than just a job; it's about helping people connect with nature and explore different aspects of Shimla. Every trail and guest brings a new story, and he's grateful to be part of it.
