Booking

• Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation for all activities (e.g., bike rentals, hikes, rappelling, etc.).

• Full Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the activity or vehicle rental.

• Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the booking is confirmed.

• Group Bookings: For group bookings, special terms and conditions may apply. Please contact us for details.

Cancellation

• More than 48 hours before the activity: 20% refund of the total booking amount.

• 24–48 hours before the activity: 10% refund of the total booking amount.

• Less than 24 hours before the activity: No refund will be provided.

No-Show Policy

• If you fail to show up for the activity or rental without prior notice, no refund will be provided, and you may still be liable for the full payment.
