Inclusions

• Two helmets per vehicle (rider + pillion)

• Basic vehicle servicing before delivery

Exclusions

• Fuel (to be borne by the customer)

• Toll charges or parking fees

• Damage repair charges due to mishandling or accidents

• Fines or penalties for traffic violations

• Any loss/theft of vehicle accessories or documents

• Medical expenses or insurance coverage for accidents

Documents Required

• Valid Driving License (mandatory for all riders)

• ID Proof (Aadhar Card / Passport / Voter ID)

Security Deposit

• Rs. 1000/- for local rentals

• Rs. 3000/- if the vehicle is taken for more than 3 days or outside Shimla

Terms & Conditions

1. Customers must carry their own travel and health insurance. The company is not liable for personal injury, damage, or third-party losses.

2. Rentee must handle the vehicle responsibly and follow Himachal Pradesh Transport rules. They are liable for any damage, theft, or third-party harm.

3. Only listed drivers may operate the vehicle. All damages, loss of use, and admin fees must be paid by the rentee.

4. Traffic violations must be reported to the owner. All fines, penalties, and related costs are the rentee’s responsibility.

5. Rent must be paid in advance. No refunds for early returns.

6. Late return (beyond 12 hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM) incurs an extra day’s rent.

7. No unauthorized repairs allowed. Rentee will bear costs if done without approval.

8. Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited. Damages resulting from this are the rentee’s responsibility.

9. For vehicle drop-off outside Shimla:

   • Rs. 4000 for up to 250 km

   • Rs. 8000 for over 250 km

10. Rentee must not use the vehicle for races, contests, illegal activities, or to carry contraband.

11. Fuel is not included in rent and is non-refundable. Refueling is the rentee’s responsibility.

12. Any damaged part must be replaced with the original type provided at rental.

13. If the rentee takes the vehicle to any location not mentioned at the time of rental, a full day’s extra charge will apply.
